Wow, what a cool idea! Guillem Galindo from Barcelona created this beautiful interactive project with the Zweigesicht-1 movement. And all this for a watch of which there are only 20 in the world. Have fun playing! You won`t be able to tear yourself away.

I am very happy. The open-source project, with the release of all CAD files, is a great success. It has now been downloaded over 150,000 times from all over the world—by watchmaking schools and students, watchmakers, and enthusiasts.

I was 26 years old when I saw the movie “Contact” in the cinema. What a fascinating movement of interlocking rings. An inspiration for a micro-machine in a wristwatch?
