Weekend work. The special feature of my double pendulum clock is that I only have a single movement. I created a differential gear between the minute wheel and the escapement wheel, which divides the power between two independent pendulums.

1923 - one hundred years ago. My great-grandfather Curt Lang received his master watchmaker's certificate.
He was born in Langensalza in Thuringia and later lived in Stadtroda near Jena.
The numerals on the dial of his master watch were my inspiration for the dial of the "Friedrich II" during my time with Lang & Heyne.

Manufacture the balance excenter in solid rose gold. 4 pieces are arranged on my four-leg balance. In the free escapement, they are excellent for regulating the watch.
Herstellen der Unruh excenter in massiv rosé Gold. 4 Stück sind auf meiner vierschenkligen Unruh angeordnet. In der freien Hemmung lässt sich mit ihnen die Uhr hervorragend regulieren.

Last wonderful week in Athens with the whole family.
